Where duplicates are found, kk89 reserves the right to merge accounts, close the duplicate, forfeit any bonuses obtained, and withhold or return net deposits as appropriate.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly in the event that any information changes. kk89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kk89 reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to kk89, other players, or third parties; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or verification; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by either party, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
